Provides an easy to use Inter-BBS option for LORD.  
NOW USES BRE HOST style routing system using file
attaches.  Works with our without The Realm
of Vanadia Series of Inter-IGMs.  It has many
advanced features, many ANSI graphics, RIP, 
lots of user interaction, and solid game
play.  Minor Upgrade Y2K Fix, and all
reported bugs have been fixed.
