    MONACO, 3A. Members of the Monaco Telegraphy Group are QRV as
    3A2CWG during the month of May in celebration of its 20th
    anniversary. QSL via 3A2LF.

    AZERBAIJAN, 4J. Special event station 4JV3AM is QRV until May 20 to commemorate the 66 years since the end of World War II and to honor
    Azerbaijani hero Mamish Abdullayev. QSL direct via RW6HS.

    SENEGAL, 6W. Fernando, EA1BT is QRV as 6W/EA1BT until May 12. QSL
    to home call.

    NEPAL, 9N. Sam, K0YAK is QRV as 9N7AK until July 4 while on work
    assignment at the US Embassy in Kathmandu. Activity is on 20 to 10
    meters using SSB and PSK31 in his spare time. QSL to home call.

    IRAN, EP. Pooyan, EP3PK has been QRV on 20 meters using SSB around
    1830z. QSL via IK2DUW.

    DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI. Ronny, ON4ARV is QRV as HI7/OT4R from Punta
    Cana until May 20. He is active on 20, 15 and 10 meters daily using
    SSB from 2000 to 2200z. QSL via operator's instructions.

    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HL. Operators Han, DS2GOO, Son, DS3HWS, Chae,
    DS5BSX and possiby others will be QRV as home calls/4 from Pigum
    Island, IOTA AS-060, from May 7 to 9. Activity will be on 80 to 10
    meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL to home calls.

    BULGARIA, LZ. Members of the Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs
    are QRV with special event station LZ2011KM until May 31 to
    celebrate national St. Kiril and Methodius Day, the creators of the
    Cyrillic alphabet. Activity is on all bands and modes. QSL via
    LZ1BJ.

    CZECH REPUBLIC, OL. Members of the OK1KWM radio club are QRV using
    special event station OL950CHEB during May to celebrate the 950th
    anniversary of the city of Cheb. QSL via bureau.

    NETHERLANDS, PA. Special event call sign PD04ISLE is QRV during May
    to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the nature reserve on
    Tiengemeten Island. QSL via PD2GCM. In addition, Fred, PA0FAW is
    QRV as PC65ISWL until May 28 to celebrate the 65th jubilee of the
    International Short Wave League. Activity is on the HF bands using
    CW and various digital modes. QSL via operator's instructions.

    BANGLADESH, S2. Nazim, S21B has been QRV using PSK on 20 meters
    around 1330z. QSL via KX7YT.

    POLAND, SP. Special event station SQ100MSC is QRV until July 31 to
    commemorate Maria Skodowska-Curie, the very first woman to win a
    Nobel prize in 1911 for chemistry. QSL direct via SP5XSL.

    DODECANESE, SV5. Fred, PA1FJ will be QRV as SV5/PA1FJ/p from
    Karpathos, IOTA EU-001, from May 8 to 14. Activity will be on 40 to
    6 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.

    EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station R1945HS is QRV until May
    31 to mark 66 years since World War II. QSL direct to RW6HS.

    CANADA, VE. Special event station VC2CQ85 is QRV till the end of
    May to mark the 85 years of the Club Radio Amateur de Quebec. QSL
    to VE2CQ.

    OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT. The following operation is
    approved for DXCC credit; Revillagigedo, 4A4A, 2011 operation.

    THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The New England QSO Party, 10-10
    International Spring CW Contest, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Araucaria
    VHF Contest, Microwave Spring Sprint, VK/Trans-Tasman 80-meter Phone
    Contest, 7th Call Area QSO Party, Indiana QSO Party, ARI
    International DX Contest, SKCC Weekend CW Sprint and the NAQCC-EU
    Monthly CW Sprint will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming
    weekend. The CWops Mini-CWT Test and RSGB 80-meter Club Data
    Championship are scheduled for May 11. Please see May QST, page 80,
